THE Masked Singer’s Jellyfish has been ‘named’ as a Little Mix star after blowing viewers away with their incredible voice.
The third instalment of the ITV singing competition hit our screens tonight.
The first character up was Jellyfish – and they gave their best rendition of Hozier’s Take Me To Church.
Viewers of the show are convinced that the famous face behind the mask could possibly be one of the girls from Little Mix.
Many took to Twitter to share their theory.
One said: “#TheMaskedSinger All I can think of for Jellyfish currently is one of the Little Mix girls, maybe.”
Meanwhile another pointed out exactly who they think it could be from the band.
Another chimed in: “#jellyfish is Jesy from Little Mix…”
And they weren’t the only ones that guessed it.
Judge Mo Gilligan put forward Leigh-Anne Pinnock as one of his guesses.
Little Mix shot to fame in 2011 when they were the first group to win The X Factor.
The group originally consisted of Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson.
They have gone on to become one of the most popular girl bands of all time.
Jesy shocked fans when she announced she was leaving the group in 2020.
Meanwhile other viewers think that Jellyfish is singer Paloma Faith.
The Upside Down pop star-turned-actress has such a distinct singing voice fans are adamant she’s already given herself away.
After Jellyfish’s first performance to Guns N Roses track Sweet Child O’ Mine, fans were blown away by the character’s belting voice, which included a long-held note at the end that left the judges with their head in their hands in awe.
“Jellyfish is giving off paloma faith vibes #maskedsingeruk”, wrote one fan.
“Had another listen to this amazing performance & now I’m thinking either Paloma Faith or Pixie Lott,” said the second.
Fans are also considering Glee star Amber Riley for the character.
