Lisa Marie Presley, the singer-songwriter and only child of Elvis Presley, has been rushed to hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest, according to reports.
The 54-year-old was at her home in Calabasas, Los Angeles, when paramedics were called, and they had to administer CPR on site, TMZ has reported.
Ms Presley was last seen in public on Tuesday night at the Golden Globes, where she was on hand to see Austin Butler win an award for his portrayal of the ‘King of Rock n’ Roll’ in the film “Elvis.”
Both she and her mother, Priscilla, 77, had grown close to the actor, advising him on Elvis’ ways and mannerisms for the film directed by Baz Luhrmann.
