Flexible Louise Redknapp shows off trim figure and abs in a crop top in pilates class

LOUISE Redknapp has impressed fans with her toned figure, rock hard abs and flexibility during a pilates class.

The singer, 48, was captured on camera as she stretched out her leg muscles in the gym.

Louise admits she was left feeling the burn after her session, as it came after she had taken a little break.

But it looked impressive nonetheless.

In a video shared to Instagram, Louise can be seen stretching in a baggy black crop top, skin-tight leggings and a baseball cap.

One leg is elevated and she is holding a bar above her head and balancing on her other leg.

Louise captioned the footage: “Well after yesterday, first day back doing anything. I’m feeling it today, a gentle stretch.”

Several months ago, Louise admitted in an interview that she is “obsessed” with pilates.

The former Eternal singer told Women’s Fitness that she enjoys riding her Peloton ‘while watching Love Island’.

Louise added: “Then there is Pilates, which I’m totally obsessed with.

“I’m so lucky that one of my best friends is a Pilates teacher, so we have great sessions together as I love exercising in a social environment.”

Louise insists she has “never been a gym bunny” but her Pilates workouts are definitely with her enviable figure.

Just last week, the mum-of-two looked sizzling as she modelled a velvet mini-dress, thigh-high boots and a leather trench coat.

The photo shoot scenes came hot on the heels of her latest music track, Super Magic – and more is on is way.

She recently told Official Charts: “New music is on the way, yes. I’m really excited about the new stuff, actually.

“It’s right where I want to be. Sometimes it takes quite a few years to get exactly where you want to be musically, and the new songs are right where I want to sit.

“It’s taken me a while to get there, but I’m there.”
